VMC Promotes Stephen Carn to Director of IT Infrastructure, Western US

Redmond, WA (November 30, 2009) – While many companies continue to struggle, VMC continues to build a team for their growing IT Infrastructure business. VMC has promoted Stephen Carn as the Director of IT Infrastructure for the Western portion of the US.  He joins current Director of IT Infrastructure Chuck Rush, who will move his focus to the Eastern portion of the US.

This change will enable better geographic proximity and provide additional resources to better serve clients. Carn will focus on continuous improvement programs, high quality performance, and customer satisfaction, along with business development.

Previously at VMC, Carn successfully led over a dozen improvement initiatives, managing a 300,000 square foot data center with his team of more than 50 technical staff and managers, resulting in zero incidents over a three month period. Carn led similar successful initiatives at Yahoo!, Unum and other companies prior to his time at VMC.
