Customer Care Solutions at VMC Promotes Chris Byrnes To Director

Redmond, WA (June 11, 2009) – VMC has promoted Chris Byrnes to the role of Director, Customer Care Solutions, in charge of providing strategic leadership and guidance to end-user support, technical support and sales support programs.

"Chris has demonstrated an ability to perform at an exceptionally high level," said Arun Rijhwani, VMC’s Global Director of Services Delivery. "Her proven track record at VMC, combined with her exceptional knowledge and understanding of the industry enables Chris to provide the right leadership and oversight of the practice."

VMC’s Customer Care Practice Area provides businesses a variety of technicalcustomer contact center services in order to achieve positive performance results and increased customer satisfaction. Customer Care services include end-user and technical support, sales /retention, workforce management, performance management, sourcing, hiring, quality control and training.

Byrnes brings 16 years of call center operations and client relationship management experience to her new role. Previously she was a Senior Project Manager at VMC. Prior to joining VMC, Chris was the site director at ACS and held several different management positions at ClientLogic Corp., both recognized leaders of high volume outsourced call center solutions. Byrnes holds a B.A. from the University at Buffalo and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
