    Christina Harris specializes in the transformation of leadership teams and client organizations through the creative application of human capital and project-based solutions globally. Ms. Harris currently serves as Senior Vice President and co-founder of several next generation service and delivery organizations. She is directly responsible for solution architecture strategies and deployment for Volt Technical Resources, NA, VMC, and Momentum.

    As a Six Sigma Champion she also serves on the board of the Executive Management Guiding Coalition for the implementation of Six Sigma methodology throughout Volt. Ms. Harris is driven by continuous learning and best practices whereby her business groups are at the forefront of market innovation delivering programs and services that directly impact today’s critical business initiatives and environmentally-driven solutions. All units’ solutions are delivered from a Six Sigma platform as well as from the Project Management Office Standards and Best Practices.

    Volt Technical Resources is the talent acquisition and workforce management solution for IT, Engineering, Technical, Media and Life Sciences disciplines both on a contract staff augmentation basis and professional search platform. VMC is a technology consulting company, providing flexible and scalable development and integration, IT outsourcing and customer care solutions to business. Momentum is the Company’s recruitment process outsourcing entity.

    Kristin Carrico - Chief Operating Officer

    Kristin Carrico, the Chief Operating Officer at VMC, has in-depth experience in the consulting industry delivering business and information technology solutions. Kristin’s history with VMC spans many years working across many locations, worldwide. Starting as a Senior Sales Executive winning new clients in the Midwest and Northeast, Kristin advanced as a Regional Sales Manager assisting in European operations. She transitioned her consultative and customer focused skills into the newly formed role as Director of VMC’s Project Management Office. Kristin spearheaded the business plan for the development and implementation of VMC’s Project Management vision worldwide, based on listening to the Voice of the Customer.

    Well regarded for her expert execution of project-based solutions built on industry-leading best practices, she drove innovation into projects and programs led by VMC, working with and developing employees every step of the way. It is her passion for leading others toward professional and personal goals that resulted in Kristin being named as Chief Operating Officer of VMC. With a clear vision on the alignment of operations and people to transform the company’s market position, oversight of product development, innovation, oversight of cost structure, strategy and global expansion are at the heart of Kristin’s mission.  Her focus on listening to the Voice of the Customer and implementing best practices to consistent and repeatable methodologies has produced the greatest return on investment for both clients and the company.

    Prior to joining VMC, Kristin was a successful business consultant and project manager with Inrange Global Consulting, receiving the President’s Club award for her work in delivering excellent customer service and superior project management. Kristin also spent several years as a District Manager of General Motors Corporation where she executed business plans in accordance with the company’s strategy. Kristin is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree from Knoy School of Technology, Organizational Leadership and Supervision program. She is a Six Sigma Champion and a member of the Project Management Institute.  Kristin has also completed Strategic Financial Analysis and Business Valuation courses at Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

    Rob Wise - Executive Advisor

    Rob Wise brings over 20 years of Information Technology leadership in professional services organizations and data center management to VMC. In his role, Rob is responsible for VMC’s Delivery, Project Management Office, Sales and Marketing organizations. Prior to joining VMC, Rob held the position of President for numerous technology consulting companies including: Zanett Commercial Solutions, INRANGE Global Consulting and ONEX, Inc. He has been successful leading both start-ups and growth and acquisition strategies for large public companies. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana Wesleyan University.

    Kevin Chelius - Vice President, Client Solutions

    Kevin Chelius has over 15 years of experience in project management, business development, and marketing of hardware innovation, software, and technical staffing industries. Kevin manages the company's direct sales force and solid business relationships with VMC's partners and clients providing flexible and scalable development and integration, IT outsourcing and customer care solutions. He is responsible for driving the growth and innovation in sales and services of VMC's business worldwide and driving the success of cross-organizational initiatives and teams. Prior to joining VMC Kevin was a business development manager for the Microsoft Corporation account at Volt Computer Services. Chelius’s experience also includes the day to day operations of a 500 member delivery operation call center; strategic planning, staffing analysis, project management and operations of businesses internationally, and in more than 30 locations throughout the US. Kevin holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Central Washington University. Kevin is a Six Sigma Champion.

    Patrick Walker - Vice President

    Patrick Walker has over 23 years of Information Technology Workforce Design, Professional Services and Program/Process Management Experience. As Vice President, Patrick is responsible for Enterprise Customer Partnerships for VMC and leading Volt Technical Resources Northeast regional operations including VTR’s Delivery Center in Raleigh NC. Patrick is responsible for driving the growth of VMC’s key practice areas; Consulting Services, Hardware & Software Services, Gaming, Information Technology and Information Systems, Customer Care and Emerging Technologies. He has over 200 full-time internal employees with 10 operating offices. Over his 23 year career, he has worked in several positions ranging from recruitment delivery, business management, regional management, national account management to his current role of Vice President. Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and is a Six Sigma Champion.

    Arun Rijhwani - Global Director, Service Delivery

    Arun Rijhwani spearheads VMC’s Service Delivery in the United States and internationally. He provides leadership and strategic vision to VMC’s growing list of locations around the world, including India, Uruguay and other global markets. Arun exhibits proven success, accentuated by a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, innovation, fiscal discipline and a tireless charge to meeting commitments.

    Arun comes to VMC from Hewlett-Packard where, as Global Client Executive in their Outsourcing Services division, he managed some of HP’s largest, most challenging and most important clients. During his tenure at HP, Arun produced a successful track record of establishing high performance delivery teams at new engagements, expanding the footprint of services provided, executing off shore transitions to locations in India, China, Latin America and Europe and delivering successful projects through efficiency gains and additional engagements. At HP he won the MVP award for customer satisfaction and account growth, and participated in the HP Executive Development Program. Prior to joining HP, Arun directed several ERP Consulting engagements for Ernst & Young Consulting, KPMG Consulting and application development initiatives for Oracle Corporation. Arun is also a Certified Public Accountant, a member of PMI and earned a B.S. in Accounting at Tarleton State University and completed Post Graduate work in Management Information Systems at Texas A&M University.

    Linda Lemieux is a project management and technology professional who meets challenges with creative client-centric solutions. Linda draws on 20 years of experience in project and product management, strategic planning, contract negotiations, staff management and software development. She has implemented enterprise-wide project management processes at companies such as Nestlé, Eurocontrol, Faiveley and Carbone Lorraine. She has also managed mission critical projects in the online gaming, pharmaceutical, communications and industrial business sectors. Linda is a Six Sigma Champion.

    Cory Stewart - Director, Finance

    Cory Stewart has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance managerial roles for both large and small institutions.  Cory brings significant strategic and tactical experience to VMC’s finance department as Director of Finance. Most recently, Cory was the interim Controller at VMC and has developed robust policies and practices within the finance area.  Previous to VMC, Cory served as First Vice President, Corporate Accounting Policy Group for Washington Mutual Bank (WaMu), where he was responsible for accounting policy matters and managed large scale accounting policy projects. He also held roles at WaMu in Enterprise Risk Management where he was responsible for various market risk oversight functions, asset and liability management policies, product/instrument approval processes and other governance related matters.  Cory also worked in Home Loans Capital Markets Accounting where he was one of WaMu’s financial instruments subject matter experts.  For his demonstrated leadership and high performance, Cory was awarded multiple honors at WaMu including the ACE Award, Above & Beyond Award, and was a Summit Club recipient. Prior to his work at WaMu, Cory was a manager in Audit and Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  He is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington, and has been a CFA charterholder since 2002.  Cory graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Utah.  He serves as a member of FEI, AICPA and CFA Society of Seattle, and is active as a volunteer with the United Way, Boys & Girls Club, Junior Achievement and other charities.

    Brian Talbot - Director, Marketing

    Brian Talbot leads marketing strategy and implementation for VMC, drawing from a broad range of experiences from over 25 years of service marketing in technology, entertainment, media, pharmaceutical, financial, and professional services. He is responsible for providing the bridge between interpreting client needs and building client solutions. With a diverse background, including both strategic leadership and creative execution, Brian has crafted successful solutions for organizations including the Democratic National Committee, Novartis, Resort Condominiums International and Death Row Records. Brian previously served as VP, Digital Marketing for the world's leading direct marketing agency, Rapp Collins, working on Toyota, Bank of America and Johnson & Johnson. He was also Director, Marketing for INRANGE Global Consulting, a technology company, where he led an innovative productization strategy for bundling solutions to solve client issues. Brian received his bachelor's of arts in telecommunications from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

    Mark Matthews - Director, Human Resources

    Mark is a seasoned Human Resources professional with almost 20 years of experience in HR Management and Personnel. Mark brings exceptional value to the Executive Leadership Team, developing innovative programs that help VMC attract and retain top talent from across the country and around the globe. Mark focuses on incentive and compensation plan design, creating and communicating personnel policies, and strategic planning at VMC. Prior to joining VMC in the fall of 2007, Mark was responsible for all areas of Human Resources at wholesaler Associated Grocers for over seven years, including negotiating labor agreements, incentive compensation planning, design and administration, recruiting/staffing, and training. Mark also served in Human Resources leadership roles at Shurgard Storage Centers and Rite Aid. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in HR Management from the University of Idaho, Mark spent time as an Assistant Football Coach at his alma mater, before beginning his career in Human Resources. Mark also earned his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

    Mark Hettel brings 15 years of varied experiences and roles to his current position of Pricing & Profitability Manager at VMC.  Starting as a US Army Officer, and moving through Heavy Manufacturing, Aerospace Manufacturing and Banking, Mark has held numerous roles in Operations Management, Program Management, Operational Excellence & Six Sigma, Strategy, and Finance.  Mark’s specific experiences include managing the sale and transfer of an Aerospace Manufacturing Assembly line from a US location to Europe,  serving as program manager for a project to redefine and implement a new Funds Transfer Pricing Methodology for a Top 10 Bank, leading dozens of Lean Manufacturing and cross functional Six Sigma projects across various industries, and various leadership positions in the US Army including Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer on 2 occasions, and Battalion Operations Officer.  Mark is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, has served in Master Black Belt roles at 2 companies, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Xavier University.

    Christine Byrnes brings over 18 years of experience in Contact Center operations and Client Relationship Management to the role of Director, Customer Care Services at VMC. Christine is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the company’s Technical Support, Customer Service and Sales programs. VMC’s Customer Care Practice Area provides businesses with a variety of Contact Center services to achieve positive performance results and increased customer satisfaction through economical solutions for cost efficiencies. Customer Care services includes technical/helpdesk support, sales /retention, workforce management, sourcing, hiring, quality control, training and project management. Prior to joining VMC, Christine held senior management positions with recognized leaders of outsourced Contact Center services. Christine Byrnes holds a B.A. from the University at Buffalo.

    Stephen Carn - Director, IT Infrastructure Services

    Stephen Carn brings over 21 years of IT Operations experience across a broad range of industries including construction, retail, online technologies , insurance and consulting, to VMC as the Practice Area Leader and Director of IT Infrastructure Services. Steve’s strong commitment to customer service provides accountability and results to our clients’ IT organizations. He has held Senior Management roles at Yahoo!, Unum Group, Benefit America, Telocity and Duty Free Stores. He actively advocates for and believes strongly in running IT as a business, rather than an expense. He is a champion of IT Service Management, and regularly speaks at the local and national level, at industry leading events. Steve is as a board member of the San Francisco Bay Area itSMF Local Interest Group, and has served in this capacity since 2007.

    Scott has over 16 years of business development and program management experience. With his extensive experience consulting with large organizations such as Microsoft and HP in the development of complex service based solutions, Scott understands the unique needs and challenges our customers face, and resulting solutions required. As an Account Director focusing on the Microsoft account, Scott is responsible for driving the growth of VMC's business within Microsoft worldwide and managing relationships with VMC's partners and clients. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University.

    Mary Jo Foseid - Director, Client Solutions

    Mary Jo Foseid has over 20 years’ experience in sales, business development and partner management. As Director of Client Solutions, Mary Jo is responsible to provide strategic leadership, sales strategy and to expand the overall partnership with some of VMC’s major enterprise accounts.

    Prior to VMC, Mary Jo held several senior level sales and partner management leadership positions with companies including IBM, Tivoli and Compucom. Her early career was in information technology selling hardware and services in the greater Los Angeles area. Throughout her career, Mary Jo has focused on understanding the needs of her customers to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

    Mary Jo holds a B.S. from Florida State University and is a current Board Trustee for Seattle Children’s Guild Association. She has held this position since 2008.

    Raul Ramos - Director, Client Solutions Pacific Northwest

    As an Information Technology sales specialist, Raul Ramos brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development and partner management to his role as Director of Client Solutions, Pacific Northwest. Raul has an extensive background in delivering cloud based services, software lifecycle applications and hardware & software VAR solutions across industries that include cable/telecommunications, software, health care, retail and insurance. Raul is responsible for providing territory leadership and sales strategy, which includes expanding alliance partnerships in the Pacific Northwest. Raul’s consultative approach and knowledge of solving problems through delivering IT solutions makes him a fundamental part of the Client Solutions team at VMC.

    Raul began his career as a United States Marine, serving as Military Police Officer and was assigned to HMX-1 Presidential Guard under the G.W. Bush Sr. & Clinton administrations. Upon leaving the U.S. Marine Corps., Raul began his sales career holding local and national sales leadership positions with ExecuTrain Corp., Qwest Communications, (WWT) World Wide Technology, Varolii and CSG International. While at WWT, Raul was instrumental in building and managing an $85M U.S. Peripherals Program at Microsoft Corp. that achieved 148% growth in less than 3 years.

    Raul graduated from Central Texas University with a degree in Criminal Justice and is an active part of his community participating on the board of his HOA, a member of Eastridge Church, volunteering at the Seattle Bread of Life Mission & Royal Family Foster Kids Camp. He also attends and supports local (itSMF) IT Senior Management Forum, (WTIA) Washington Technology Industry Association and (CCNG) Contact Center Network Group trade organizations.

    Mike Tompkins, Director of Client Solutions for VMC, has over 20 years of experience in technology sales. His focus at VMC is on enterprise account management for VMC’s clients. He specializes in consultative selling to add measurable value and enhanced efficiencies for VMC’s clients.

    Mike began his career at VMC after 17 years at Microsoft, where he held several positions ranging from product support engineer, enterprise sales and partner account management, and sales leadership. While at Microsoft, Mike was responsible for all mid-tier accounts in the East and South Central Region of the United States. Prior to Microsoft, Mike began his career in information technology selling hardware and software to consumers in the greater Puget Sound region.

    Mike graduated from Washington State University and is a member of the Entrepreneurial Studies Advisory Board for the College of Business. He also participates as a judge for the annual business plan competition each spring at Washington State University.

    Jim Titchen - Director, Global IT and Network Services

    Jim Titchen brings over 25 years of IT and Network design, implementation and operations experience to his position of Director, IT & Network Services. In this role Jim is responsible for managing VMC’s Corporate IT and Network infrastructure, IT Operations, Configuration Management and the geographically dispersed local IT teams that support VMC’s global Contact Centers and Games Test & QA facilities.

    Prior to joining VMC, Jim held various network engineering and IT management roles including Director of Global Network Technology for Walt Disney Internet Group where he was responsible for the Network and IT infrastructure supporting Disney’s Internet presence for sites such as ESPN and ABC. Previously, he served as Manager of Network Operations for Microsoft supporting global corporate network operations, and Manager of Network Technology for Digital Equipment Corporation responsible for the implementation and operations of MSN Data Centers for Microsoft. Jim was also owner and principal network engineer of New England Typesetter Service, servicing the printing and publishing industries.

    Jim received his technical education at Thames Valley State Technical College in Norwich, CT and the School of Applied Aerospace Science, USAF. Jim is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Champion.

    Jeannette Mandanas - Director, Facilities

    Jeannette Mandanas brings over 15 years experience in commercial real estate, property and facilities management to her role as Director of Facilities. She is responsible for overseeing each of VMC’s facilities across the globe, managing every aspect of facility management. Prior to VMC, Jeannette was most recently with Infospace as Director of Global Facilities, where her responsibilities included broker relationships, property analysis/evaluation, site selection, vendor/contractor/architect selection and management, design and build-outs, day-to-day operations, and decommissions for all locations spanning Europe and the US, in high-rise, mid-rise, single tenant, and data center type space. Prior to Infospace, Jeannette served as Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Pistol Creek Financial and Relocation Project Manager for Egghead Software. Jeannette holds several professional designations, including Certified Project Management, Commercial Construction Management, Illinois State Realtor and Washington State Realtor.

    James Braschler - Director, Contracts

    James Braschler leads VMC’s Contracts Department. Prior to joining VMC, James had 15 years of leadership experience in operations, sales, contracts negotiation, and project management for both start-ups and Fortune 500 organizations. James holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, and a technology management MBA. In addition, James is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and is licensed to practice law in Washington State.
