Openings

  • Leads Consulting Practice that will provide Consulting Services with multiple offering pertaining to current and new markets for VMC. Hires and Develops local leadership and start-up teams for new Global locations.
  • Works with VMC Sales and Leadership to determine appropriate service offerings to support current client needs and gain market share with new client opportunities… and then builds the budget, facilities, hiring plan, and infrastructure to support the operation.
  • Supports Sales and Delivery efforts relating to pricing, resource availability, etc. as necessary.
  • Provides operational support to the business and drives the implementation of consulting programs, processes and guidance targeted at maximizing the effectiveness of sales activities in accordance with the consulting practice strategy.
  • Facilitates the adoption of a consistent operating model and in alignment with all VMC geographies.
  • Design and procurement responsibilities for the infrastructure of consulting practice
  • Working with corporate executives relative to defining markets as well as a thorough understanding of doing business in new locations with new customers
  • Works with management to develop and implement the Project Management Office processes to monitor the consulting practice
  • Position reports to Global Director of Service Delivery
  • Defining world-class quality and performance metrics while aligning performance goals, measures and leadership drivers throughout
  • Redefining functional responsibilities of individuals, departments and locations to align with strategic growth and operational targets
  • Ensures quality assurance, proper controls and effective use of best practices in order to drive an integrated approach throughout business and capitalize on knowledge to build consulting offerings
