Toronto Team Makes it Happen in Real Time, No Downtime, and No Decrease in Service
Kicking off our grand opening in Toronto this last month, VMC successfully moved an entire technical support call center from a client location to a completely outsourced solution on our new campus in Toronto. This move included a transition of equipment, labs, and more than 400 customer support agents to a new location, providing a more efficient near-shore technical support solution utilizing the latest VoIP technology.
Pulling together a team of project managers, information systems professionals and technical support operation experts, VMC built an operation with specialized tools and processes needed for superior support services. A multi-disciplinary/cross functional team pulled together every element, including human resources, IT, IP/VoIP telephony, service delivery and facilities.
