Alex Agudelo
Sr. Program Manager, Emerging Delivery Services

Alex came to VMC with over 15 years experience in the IT industry, from companies such as Dell, Microsoft and Siemens. In senior leadership positions supporting Microsoft, Alex completed high profile projects such as the original MSN infrastructure and implementation of Global Professional Services / Desk side Support Services / and Datacenter Support. He was a member of the Siemens Emerging Leaders Forum, where he received multiple awards for his contributions to Siemens’ global initiatives. Among other certifications, Alex is MCSE certified, and holds a Six-Sigma Green Belt. Being multilingual, Alex enjoys traveling and has lived in many cities around the world. His other hobbies include music and sports. With a strong sense of community service, Alex also enjoys participating in community outreach programs such as the “Microsoft / Ronald McDonald Hockey Challenge”.

Scott Bakke
National Account Director

Scott has over 14 years of business development and program management experience. With his extensive experience consulting with large organizations such as Microsoft and HP in the development of complex service based solutions, Scott understands the unique needs and challenges our customers face, and resulting solutions required. As an Account Director focusing on the Microsoft account, Scott is responsible for driving the growth of VMC's business within Microsoft worldwide and managing relationships with VMC's partners and clients. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University.

Scott Bowen
Practice Area Leader, Hardware and Software Services

Scott has 15 years of experience working with hardware and software technology, including test, development, project management, program management and business development roles. Scott started with VMC in 1999 managing a 13-person software test lab before helping grow that program to one supporting a major VMC client’s international R&D operations in services including hardware and software test, hardware and software development, product life cycle consulting, technical communications and engineering support. Scott has built strong relationships with many key client stakeholders in the hardware and software services practice and he brings a unique perspective to solving the business challenges our customers face. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in technical journalism from Colorado State University, and holds memberships in the Project Management Institute (PMI) and American Society for Quality (ASQ). Scott is also a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Chuck Rush
Director, IT Infrastructure
Services

Chuck Rush comes to VMC with nearly 30 years in the IT Data Center management industry. In his most recent capacity as Director, Enterprise Technical Services, Chuck was responsible for orchestrating design and implementation of Store Network for the Advance Auto Parts 3000 retail stores network, data center and enterprise-wide computing footprint. He spent over 17 years at McDonald where he orchestrated the build out and management of over 75 plus Data Centers around the globe. He has managed global project teams located in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and North America. Chuck will lead the Data Center Management Practice reporting to Scott Owen. Chuck is based out of Virginia, however, will send a significant amount time traveling the globe to visit our existing Clients and partnering with Client Solutions team on future opportunities.

Linda Lemieux
Director, Games Quality Assurance

Linda Lemieux is a project management and technology professional who meets challenges with creative client-centric solutions. Linda draws on 20 years of experience in project and product management, strategic planning, contract negotiations, staff management and software development. She has implemented enterprise-wide project management processes at companies such as Nestlé, Eurocontrol, Faiveley and Carbone Lorraine. She has also managed mission critical projects in the online gaming, pharmaceutical, communications and industrial business sectors. Linda is a Six Sigma Champion.

Chandrasekar Mathi
Director, India Operations

Chandrasekar Mathi is VMC’s director of India operations and is responsible for delivery of VMC’s offshore engagements from India. Chandra has over16 years of Information technology leadership experience covering IT Consulting, Software Development, IT Infrastructure, and Offshore IT and BPO services. Prior to VMC, Chandra held the position of Vice President - IT at Genpact (Formerly GE Capital International Services) providing IT infrastructure and application support for global corporations outsourcing IT and Business processes. Prior to Genpact, Chandra held the position of Principal Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he spent a number of years doing technology and software consulting work for global corporations in the US. He has vast experience operating both in the US and Indian environments. Chandra has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from India and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi.
